Afghanistan needs to have Kiwanis International, along with the French Foreign Legion, and the Catholic Church, Catholic schools, Catholic hospitals, and Catholic orphanages, etc.

And the United Nations, NATO, Spain, the French Foreign Legion, and others, need to help the people of Afghanistan to have a free and fair election. They need to freely elect a new President and a new Government.

The United Nations, NATO, the French Foreign Legion, and others, can keep the peace while we help the people of Afghanistan to peacefully elect a new government.

And we can help the people of Afghanistan to have a good peace-time economy, we can send them ships full of cotton seeds, ships full of sheep, ships full of farm equipment, they can grow apple trees, etc. We can help the people of Afghanistan to have a great peace-time economy.

There was also a Laurel & Hardy short about them joining the FFL.
