The unvaccinated teachers and unvaccinated students in one section...and the vaccinated teachers and vaccinated students in another section...with no one from each group ever coming in contact with the other.

Executive action

Restore Faith in American Justice

The DOJ is hereby ordered to conduct full background checks and issue ethics and criminal referrals where warranted to every sitting federal judge or justice in the United States looking into a duration no shorter than ten years

A six month period from the issuance of this order will be an amnesty period for any judge or justice to resign no questions asked and receive full benefits and pension rather than submit to a DOJ background investigation

The DOJ will use this period to ramp up and free resources for the task by assigning and acquiring technology personnel and other necessities to efficiently administer the process

A progress briefing will be provided by the DOJ to the Judiciary committees and to the President on a semiannual basis
