We need to win the hearts and minds of the people of Afghanistan, and if you can change how they think and feel then you can change how they behave.

And for instance, the people of Turkey love the old American silents films, they loved Buster Keaton, and Charlie Chaplin. So, we can show Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin to the people of Afghanistan to win their hearts.

Also, we have "Bonanza." We need to show the television show "Bonanza" to the people of Afghanistan.

We also have "Happy Days." We can show "Happy Days" to the people of Afghanistan.

And they can have Elvis music, and Ted Nugent, etc.
