I'd agree that Biden's presidency, insofar as his national bedside manner goes, is not inspiring. But he could be a paragon of all virtues and the partisan brigade would still concoct reasons to dislike him. That's where we are now. And I think any sensible president would realize we are well past the "enticement" phase. It's time to put the carrots down and pick up the stick.
We had a couple, at my wife's church, where the husband is in the hospital and on a ventilator.* He asked for ivermectin, his doctor refused, and so the wife got a lawyer and sued the hospital so they finally caved and gave him (what I suspect is a tiny dose, just to shut her up). People who spent 15 minutes on the Internet, soaking up rumors and anecdotes, are not supposed to be replacing the skills and knowledge of physicians and virologists. This is a cult of Unreason.
