Why do you think that?

Because he hasn't followed the story,  in which the BF never reports any accident or disappearance and just rolls back home minus his travel companion, a woman who police reported to be be quite distraught shortly before her vanishing and was ordered to separate herself from the BF for an overnight cooling-off period.

The BF behavior since his return is akin to wearing a neon-lit sandwich board that says "I'm guilty as hell! "
Well, yeah. The normal reaction to a tragic accident is not, well, fuck her I'm outta here. Maybe kiid has had.a.different experience.

A squib in USA Today notes that the "non-politically based" decision to prevent local districts from making their own mask decisions in South Carolina may be repealed.

But, of course, Kid will tell us all, again, how his party hasn't done anything to obstruct stopping COVID-19.

(And then act as if I am only banning Ham because I dislike him. /snort/)

Quote
► Some South Carolina lawmakers from both parties are pushing for a special session to repeal a provision that effectively stopped most school mask mandates and replace it with a rule allowing local governments to make decisions based on their situations.

https://www.cnn.com/2021/09/19/politics/immigration-senate-parliamentarian-budget-reconciliation/index.html

The Senate Parliamentarian makes a very logical and rational decision, when asked, that the immigration provisions that Biden and others might like to add to the infrastructure bill have no business there.

It shouldn't come as much of a shock, either.
And it didn't,  though Red's right wing web sources try to spin it as a major defeat.
Senate Democrats likely will not be able to include a pathway to legalization for millions of immigrants in their $3.5 trillion bill to expand the country's social safety net after new guidance from the Senate parliamentarian Sunday night.

The decision comes as a resounding rebuke to Democrats, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation.

Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough wrote in her ruling, "Changing the law to clear the way to (Legal Permanent Resident) status is tremendous and enduring policy change that dwarfs its budgetary impact."

LOL. No one questioned the factual accuracy of the news reports. It was the impact and import of the decision your sources exaggerated. But you know that.

Anyway, Dems are preparing another proposal or three on the issue.

but prosecutors have been scrutinizing other top Trump Org. employees, including Matthew Calamari, Sr., the company's chief operating officer and his son, Trump Org. corporate director of security Matthew Calamari, Jr.

The Calamaris have their greedy tentacles in everything.  I expect they will be squirting a lot of ink, filing legal briefs.

Not at all true (the bolded part), but you always know better, Barton

"Guilty as hell"?

May very well be

That they didn't watch this guy more closely or have him in for tougher questioning boggles the mind.  When law enforcement acts inappropriately in terms of "rough play" this gets publicized to no end.  But when they simply flummox a case - usually crickets other than from loved ones of the victim and Nancy Grace.
