Private department stores
Not much of a start up cost for that, right, Tony?
This is Hollywood, anything is possible.
First you hire the best retired people from the department store industry, and you have them to teach high school students in San Bernardino, you have the old timers teach the young people everything they can as quickly as possible. And then you take the students to the best local department stores.
You film the whole thing, and you make a documentary.
You show the documentary about the San Bernardino high school students to the designers, Gucci, Donna Karan, Nicole Miller, Armani, etc, and you tell them that it is the dream of these San Bernardino high school students to open a great department store and to sell their merchandise on a regualr basis.
You have the designers help the young students from San Bernardino to open their department store in San Bernardino.
Everyone gets free publicity, and the people of San Bernardino get a new department store.
