All I know is I saw the happy couple on Oprah, or Ricki Lake, or Jenny Jones etc. I think it was on Oprah.
Wasn't on Jerry Springer or Maury Povich.
I didn't take much notice when they came out into the studio and sat on the lounge.
I thought it was mother and son.
I sat up and took notice when the boy called her "my wife" and the woman called him "my husband".

Numbers have come down but in 2018 about 4% of married woman pregnancies ended in legal abortion

When a woman finds herself taking care of an adult baby who in addition to already being a burden will clearly be no help in raising a child or is with a man far enough along in breaking her that she will not trust him not to break a child, abortions happen and the menfolk never need know.

And some of that 4% are due to discovery of severe genetic defects.

Looks at "ghettoization" of genetic disorders,  due to unequal options for poor women.   Even with the viable conditions like Downs syndrome, a family member may have to quit work and economic hardship follows.   Again,  this is why a woman's right to choose must be protected.

Why not make it for five years instead of ten?  Two trillion over five years would do a lot,  and after five years of effective social/climate reform there would likely be strong support from constituents to keep it going.

Those kind tricks are already in the 3.5 Trillion proposal.
