Bambu, when I was homeless in Santa Monica, there was help for the gay people but not for the straight people. As a straight white Christian man from Australia you would have been homeless in Santa Monica with no help. If you were gay you would have help, in part paid for by Cyndi Lauper. But for the Christians then no help.

We need to help the Christians.

And we can have student housing with a Greek theme, etc.

We need to help the homeless, and we need to have student housing for our students. And the Greek theme and the Roman theme are both great.

The neighborhood by Occidental in East Hollywood is a good neighborhood for poor artists. When I was there the neighborhood was full of new immigrants, there were people from El Salvador, and from Colombia, and there was a Catholic Church in the neighborhood that had services in Spanish and in English.

That neighborhood would be perfect for poor artists who wanted to work at the Occidental movie studio.

And it is close to USC.

The Catholic Church by the Occidental movie studio is the Precious Blood Catholic Church, it is a beautiful church, they have both English, and Spanish, and they feed the needy, etc, it is a good Church.

If you are a starving artist in that neighborhood the Precious Blood Catholic Church will give you food. They feed the needy.

Help for gay people?  No problem, I would've acted gay, and not denied my Christianity but just kept it to myself.
"The Lord will provide"...'Divine providence'. ...but sometimes you have to help him along a bit, or a lot.
Back in day, people thought I was gay.
They did. People make assumptions...nice shirts, nice suits, nice ties, nice pens, ...clean, styled hair, ...softly spoken, good diction, respectful of girls and women...etc.

You'd be surprised what assumptions people make, or made back then.
Think the gay look today is different...at least in bambuworld.
Gay macho men are more able to hide in plain sight if they want to.

The thing is, we need to elevate our people as a whole. We need to help all homeless people equally.

And as in the City of Anaheim where our motto is "City of Kindness" we need to be kinder and gentler to all people.

And the Greek theme and Greek Garden theme would be perfect for our homeless college students in Long Beach, etc.

How are we going to stop the murders in Chicago? How are we going to elevate Chicago?

Bring in the people from the Philippines and give them business loans and redevelopment money? What else?

New colleges, new parks, new tennis courts, new restaurants. What else?

Student housing, swimming pools, libraries. What else?

Observatories. What else?

And we need to support the arts in America.
