Someone needs to take Manchin behind the wood shed. Right now is not the time for him to be causing problems, we need to get money into the hands of the American people. We need to pass Biden's plans.

And we need to build our high speed trains with Amtrak, including an Amtrak train between Anaheim and Las Vegas. If you go one way you go to Vegas and if you go the other way you go to Disneyland, we need to create the jobs and we need to get our high speed trains built.
