See Baldwin in prison?

Wouldnt mind.

Baldwin is an actor, who has probably hundreds of times picked up a prop gun and fired blanks on a movie set.   Like other actors, he has zero training in firearm management for movie use and depends on a prop expert who is trained and he presumes would not bring a gun with live rounds to a set.  He is no more guilty of a crime than you, me, or Julie Andrews would have been in that circumstance.   If the movie set caterer had gotten poison in the sandwiches, would you convict an actor for handing someone a sandwich?

So the Brothers Grinch ( Fauci and Brandon) suggest a segregated Christmas.
The unvaccinated should not be invited to celebrate with the vaccinated.

Which begs the question.
Do the vaccines actually work?

There are, in the 1500 pages of this thread, hundreds of them with links to all the research that unequivocally shows, based on epidemiologic data from across the globe, that vaccines greatly decreases your risk of getting sick, getting seriously ill, or dying, and also decreases your virus shedding (transmission to others), and when boosted offers superior protection to variants.  We have had a good knowledge of how vaccines work, and how they can end epidemics, since the 1800s.   There is no more question to be begged than there is with cleaning hands and instruments before surgery, or that vitamin C prevents scurvy.  You fucking dimwit.
Nice summary of something.
Not the question asked, though.

According to Matthew Nash, Attorney (California) and Bar Practice Tutor at The University of Law, Baldwin could face an involuntary manslaughter charge. Baldwin could face such a charge if he was found to be reckless in his handling of the prop gun, if, for example, he discharged the weapon despite being advised not to.
It would appear that under New Mexico law, Alec Baldwin could be guilty of involuntary manslaughter, which is a killing that takes place without due caution and circumspection, Nash told Newsweek

He literally replied to precisely your question.  With a clear and provable Yes.  With a detailed breakdown of how they do work.  Seriously, have you had a stroke or some kind of traumatic brain injury?

But I strongly disagree about the right to be negligent - that is, I think the average citizen has a burden to handle their gun safely, but police should be held to a higher standard than the average citizen in their handling of their weapons. They receive far more training and have far more opportunity to screw up. They are expected to use their weapon in the course of their duties. They are entrusted to use their weapons appropriately.

And generally DO.

Jesus you are a dumb fuck.  Do you really think any actor would fire a prop weapon after being advised not to?  Is there ANY evidence that Baldwin, a seasoned veteran of film acting, would do such a thing?

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/keythingstoknow.html

COVID-19 vaccines can reduce the risk of people spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. Getting everyone ages 5 years and older vaccinated can help the entire family, including siblings who are not eligible for vaccination and family members who may be at risk of getting very sick if they are infected.

Wow - the Kim Potter trial not turning out as we all thought.  Jury truly deadlocked.  Have no idea how this plays out.  Feel for everyone in this one.

Especially Daunte Wright...

Guilty ...of first and second degree manslaughter.
Judge declined her lawyer's request she be allowed out on bail to spend Christmas with her family.
BLM got a mention in the news report.
Will probably get 7 years in prison...news said. Only one supporter, her husband.

"Same prosecutors as for Chauvin".

Her first mistake was being a cop.
Her second mistake was, having made the first mistake, trying to arrest anyone.

Except that her case is nothing like Chauvin's.

If Daunte Wright hadn't had an outstanding arrest warrant, and hadn't resisted arrest, he wouldn't have been shot with a gun by mistake instead of a taser, and would be alive today.

Officer Potter said if she had not been training the new officer she would not have pulled Wright over for the air freshener hanging from the rear view mirror.

She was teaching the new guy to over police the community.

Your ignorance is compounded by your poor memory

As usual you are just spouting bullshit.

As usual you're whining when the Dems are winning. And winning big.

OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE.

READ IT: https://heathercoxrichardson.substack.com/p/december-22-2021

I expect red to be delusional, but you don't know what's really going on.

Check your hatred for the moderates, who are winning the day!

The moderates took first and goal in February and made it fourth and goal in December. You idiot.

If not for the fucking MODERATES the Biden Agenda would be proceeding with gathering force.

The Republican fascist anti democratic efforts across the so called swing states would have been smashed to smithereens and the Democratic Party would be in full campaign mode...

This what the Democratic Party is doing for you! Here is how your great grandchildren are gonna have it better than any American in history!

The Republican Party has done nothing to help you and will do nothing to help you.

Bill Clinton proved that "it's the economy, stupid". You've lost sight of that. That is how you win in American politics. But you'd rather lose, it seems. Saddling your great grandchildren with excessive debt is something they're not likely to think well of you for doing, but being able to get up, go to work, and enjoy the dignity that comes from taking care of THEMSELVES is something that you can help secure for them, now.

Keep the economy chugging, and keep on message with how historically unprecedented that circumstance is, and exploit the obvious cracks in the other party---and you can start to sway some of those across the aisle, too...and maybe we'll get to some of the more realistic demands that you uber-libs want down the road.

The fact you don't recognize success because you only got some cookies and not the whole bag, especially in a Congress you don't dominate, shows you don't really know much about how the game is really played.

Of course, you can keep whining.

That IS your thing.

Excessive debt? Should Eisenhower NOT have built the Interstate Highway System?

Bill Clinton?

Why do you moderates keep trying to relive the 1990s?

Why will you Moderates not realize you need to keep the base of this party motivated and mobilized?

You are out of your depth when it comes to the political situation 2021.

Her first mistake was being a cop.

No, her mistake was reaching for the wrong weapon.

His mistake was not showing up for his bench warrant, and then resisting arrest, and then trying to flee a group of police officers.

Her mistake costs her freedom. His cost him his life.

But, it wasn't much of a life, anyway.

The world will keep turning without folks like Daunte Wright in it.

I'll pause while you all dry your eyes at this great loss for humanity.

No, her mistake cost him his life.

You can keep saying it was his mistake from now til doomsday, but he did nothing that should have led to his death. She was a training officer and if she cannot tell her left from her right, then she had no business being in that position.

There was no urgency to stopping him. He wasn't a threat.

And while you see no great loss, I would bet that his 2 year old would beg to differ.
