Biden is trying to lower the price of meat and poultry in the USA, and my advice is to support the little guys in Nevada, and in other states, and give business loans and training to people who want to go to Nevada and be a rancher. They can raise pork for San Francisco, etc, in Nevada. And business loans and training needs to be given to people who want to raise chickens and produce eggs, etc. It is all about supply and demand, if you want to bring down the price then you increase the supply by bringing in new ranchers and by expanding existing ranchers and by supporting our little ranches in Nevada, etc.

TonyV, since you brought up this supply & demand theory: In 1975 , the US population was 215 Million and US hospitals had over 1.5 M beds. In 2020, US pop. over 330M, the number of beds
shrank to 900K. How do you explain that? Are Americans so healthy the demand for beds has
Dwindled? Please explain how this works again!
The Philippines will save us. I have a wonderful doctor from the Philippines, he is great. We can welcome people from the Philippines to come to the USA and to go to medical school here, and they can become doctors here.
Also, the Navy trains doctors in Pennsylvania, the doctors can be quickly trained and then sent wherever needed.
Then too, as we send our people to community college, some people will go on to become doctors and scientists and teachers, etc.
We also need psychiatrists, and crisis intervention specialists.
Salute,
Tony V.
Well, Tony, I asked about the shortage of hospital beds, not doctors. But your answer seems always the same. Someone else will save us: the King of Spain, the people of the Philippines, etc.
(I do wonder though how the Philippians remember the King of Spain, but that's another question for you not to answer.)
As for nursing homes....I suggest you visit one and find out what your future holds for you!
Good luck, dreamer!
If we provide a good support system for the people from the Philippines to become doctors in the USA, then we can have great doctors, the Romans had Greek doctors and we can have doctors from the Philippines.
As for me, I never had a chance, my father died when I was 9 years old, I was always poor, and no matter how hard I worked I could never earn any money, and I did not have a good support system, my family was poor, and my uncles did not have a father either and people gave them free drugs and turned them into drug addicts and criminals, they spent their whole lives in prison, and finally one of my uncles committed suicide here in my apartment. I did not have anyone to put me through college, I did not have a support system, and I am color blind so the military was never an option. I was born and raised by Hollywood so I tried to make it in the Entertainment Industry, we have movie studios here, and I went to community college and to the AADA, but I never made it. Hollywood is sending all of the jobs to Canada now, it is hard to get a job at a movie studio in Hollywood even if you were born and raised in Hollywood. My Brother married Roy Rogers' granddaughter, but I guess Roy did not like me, he would not even refer me to an agent to get acting work or to a studio for a studio job. Anyhow, I could not even make it as an actor, much less a doctor, I might have been smart enough to be a doctor but I was poor without a father and without a support system, and people were trying to turn me into a drug addict or a criminal instead of sending me to college to be successful.
I never had a chance, but if we support the people from the Philippines and put them through school to be doctors in the USA then we can have good doctors. We need to provide a support system for the best and for the brightest so that they can become doctors and scientists and teachers.
I am just a loner, with no support system, I was homeless out on the streets clean and sober and begging for honest work here in the USA for 2 years here in Hollywood with an AA degree and with training at the AADA. I never had a chance, but we can provide support for the people from the Philippines and we can nurture good doctors. If we want good doctors then we need to support and train them.
As for me at this point, my best chance is to make it as a writer, and to get my poetry book published. And maybe make it as a filmmaker. We will see. But, there is no way I could have became a doctor, there was no support system for me. If you want to train doctors then you need to support the smart people when they are young and nurture them as they become doctors.
And here in the USA as we send our people to community college, if we have people who are smart enough to become doctors, then we need to support and nurture them and put them through college to become doctors. They are not going to become doctors if they are out there homeless and hungry on the streets like I was, we need to support our best and our brightest and we need to send them to school.
Salute,
Tony V.
