Right now we need to teach our cities how to protect our grocery stores in the case of riots. We need to use the peace time to train and prepare.
The cities can have Crowd Control departments like at Universal Studios, we used to have 25,000 people per day at Universal, so the cities can send people to go train by helping to work Crowd Control at Universal. Then, when a riot happens they will be used to dealing with large crowds and they will not be afraid of crowds.
Cities can also send people to train for Crowd Control by working at sporting events, and at concerts, etc.
Then when riots happen we need to have special teams of Crowd Control workers go in and protect our food supply and our housing, etc, the grocery stores and housing need to be protected.
Now is the time to plan and prepare so that when a crisis happens then people are prepared on how to handle it.
