Hollywood is a place of extreme wealth, while at the same time there are poor and suffering people here who cannot get a break.
We need to create a bridge here in California between our wealthy corporations and our poor communities. We have the movie studios here in Hollywood, and other companies, we need to build a bridge between our wealthy companies and our poor communities.
And instead of sending movie jobs to Canada, and to Georgia, and to other places, we need to train our people to do the movie jobs here in California, and we need to create jobs in California. We have USC film school, we have the Dodge film school at Chapman, and we have the AADA which is training actors, Jessica Chastain just won an Oscar for best actress, we need to create jobs for our people right here in Hollywood.
We also need to have Wellness Centers, and Mental Health Association offices, so that people have a place to go when they need help. People do not need to sell drugs or work as prostitutes, we need to help people so that they can remain honest, we need to have places where people can go for help.
Salute,
