I am taking the McCarthy decision to not offer any objection, counter evidence, or explanation to the committee as his pre approval of any conclusions they may reach based on the evidence they gather. The same also goes for any other relevant figure who refuses to testify when called. They all know the committee is getting it right and are waiting to hear from the Justice Department.
