Which  they are you asserting are making statements they wish to be true?
The witnesses?
The committee members?
The authors of the June 29 updated article?

no
yes
no

The witnesses' accounts are what makes the claims you are denying true, not the Committee members.

Committee testifying to something does not make it so.

Nor even witnesses doing so.

However, what I am trying to pry from you is which of the witness statements are you claiming contradict what the Committee has said, because as far as I can tell their statements support the points being made, regardless of the Committee members' comments.

Republicans look at American malls as killing fields and say things like he only got off 24 shots so it was not so bad.

Biden implores voters to elect democrats so Congress can Codify Roe.
If not Joe warns a GOP Congress will ban all Abortions.
In fact Any Congress can do neither .

And the news media, now run by 20 year old morons, is clueless on the subject.
Time and again, Red proves that nothing is so confident as wilful ignorance.

That ignorance is yours. And that of Biden.
It has earned him the mistrust of 70 per cent of the country.

Doesnt matter.

Committee members shouldn testify

Andwe all know the "evidence" has been cherry picked - we see only what fits their narrative since there is no balance and thus no fairness to this committee

Glad I could help.

and no matter what has not been shown, is what has been shown enough to support the claims?

There is no requirement in the hearings for exculpatory evidence, or have you forgotten Benghazi or the email hearings or Whitewater?

The evidence that has been presented supports the positions taken by the Committee and that even you cannot pretend otherwise speaks volumes.

"Doesn't matter," indeed.

It has earned him the mistrust of 70 per cent of the country.

It's easy for the partisan to overinterpret lack of confidence.  No president (see Jimmy Carter) during a roaring inflation cycle plus international crisis has garnered much approval in polling.  A lot of people want presidents to be magicians.  As for confidence in party platforms, that may not graph smoothly onto Biden's curve.  That overall ideological confidence may depend more on the young Turks in the party than the sclerotic elders.

The Committee members are not testifying. The testimony is coming, under oath, from a series of.Trump supporting Republicans. I suspect you do not know what."testifying" is.

And none of the Republican, Trump supporting witnesses have indicated their testimony was .isrepresented or taken out of context. So, not cherry picked, just presented in a coherent fashion to make the case understandable.

And McCarthy remains a stone idiot who out stupided himself.

Kid's one note argument AFAICT is that the questioning of witnesses constitutes a form of testimony.

A sophistry akin to accusing a reporter who asked me how my house burned down as I stand in the ashes with inventing a fire.

As I said - you see some of it. not all.  Its popoganda more than testimony.  To the extent that some witnesses refuse to now testify unless it is live (and thus seen in real time rather than edited)
