Lizzie's final unanswered question

The voters are the ones to decide what to about Trump

The voters on a jury, yes.

Two words for Trump defenders today: ginger mints.

You may want to review your post for accuracy.
The only people who decide Trump s future are voters.
Period

Everybody deciding Trump's fate is a voter, somewhere. No minors are testifying.

But despite your repetition of your line, it may be jurors and it may be Senators and it may be SCOTUS justices, rather than voters at the ballot box.

I expect him to be found guilty of participating in an insurrection and banned from the office - but that he will challenge it in the courts.

This is not a trial, it is an exercise in discrediting Trump(with lots of help from him) and keeping him off the ballot in 2024. And voters ( in primaries) will get to speak long before any court action will commence, if at all.

In your considered opinion.

I think you are mistaken as to timing.

He's already discredited.

We care less about his being on the ballot than his being in the White House, but think he may be in the Big House instead.

You don't. I get that.

Yes

Rep Cheney's quest

Her cohorts have in their opinion that it could be taken further...to indictment

Cheney is admirably falling on her sword for her party.  Whatvever the remainder of the fallout is she is willing to accept.

If he is not on the ballot he can not be in the White House.
And once the GOP takes control of the House any continuation of Jan 6 hearings will allow cross examinations among other ways of getting to the truth.
It his highly unlikely that Trump is actually tried for anything.

Blah blah blah.

If the GOP takes control of the House, there will be no meaningful Jan 6 hearings. There will be hearings about the Jan 6 hearings and hearings about each and every person who spoke against Trump, especially from their party.

How do we know this? They have already said so. They have no desire to get to the truth, you fetid piece of lying shit. Why else would they have fought so hard against subpoenas?!

And your "it's highly unlikely..." I have addressed more than once.

Your opinion is fed purely by desire and partisanship and not by the good of the country or the rule of law. Kid''s, too.

I will leave your response to that.

Trump is "unworthy to be this country's chief executive again."

"No matter your views of the Jan. 6 special committee, the facts it is laying out in hearings are sobering. The most horrifying to date came Thursday in a hearing on President Trump's conduct as the riot raged and he sat watching TV, posting inflammatory tweets and refusing to send help."
~WSJ

Despite asinine complaints about "cross-examination" etc., the truth has come out about Trump and his sycophants.

So, eat shit, Ward and Kid, and mischaracterize the hearings all you want.

More of the public is getting to understand who Trump is - a conman who does not have the interests of the country at heart.

That could change things.

Someone has to do something to stop Russia.
Blowing up things in Russia is a very good idea...could start with the transport system, roads, airports, bridges, communications etc...when there are no people in and on them.
Then the Russian people might wake up to themselves.
