I kept the D150 parked where it was and did a lot more errands and visits on the Ruckus at about 1/3 the fuel consumption per mile.

Ostensibly, part of why gas prices are down is that the amount of driving is down.

Another part is that it became clear the United States is soon getting a new cadre of IRS agents that it will have to choose where to deploy. Oil is bartering for pay day lenders, for profit colleges, fake churches, and hedge funds to get priority. That means making a show of taking the pedal off the evil for a minute.
