Just got through my first confirmed case. Doing much better now and getting back to the beach, though staying out of the water. And I did it all without horse paste or Lupus meds.

I think the likelihood of charges forthcoming has markedly increased for wards love idol.

His bitching is getting extra whiny in that upper register. It does not bode well for him.

So Merrick Garland takes credit for ordering the search warrAnt, defends the FBI honor and takes no questions. He could have done that( which is nothing) via  a written statement Monday.
Oh yes the warrant and list of items seized will be released.
But the affidavit supporting the warrant. Off limits.
What a joke Garland is.

We should perhaps take some pity on RedDickJimmEspn. What with the continuing record job growth, wage growth, lower energy prices leading slowing inflation, Dark Brandon scoring legislative victories, his man crush being routinely humiliated publicly by a congressional committee and facing multiple investigations, and the rise of democratic enthusiasm brought about by attacks on Roe and gays, he needs to make up SOMETHING to make himself feel better. Lying about the FBI and making unsupported and unsubstantiated claims is all that keeps him from the bottle.

A signed affidavit is often sealed if it would reveal witnesses and details that could compromise an ongoing investigation.  The FBI is doing nothing unusual or wrong in not breaking such a seal.  Especially given how Trump has been known to treat witnesses.

I suspect the right wing web sites RedDickJimmEspn gets his opinions from know that, but are gambling he is too stupid to pick up on it. I think Garland is in part moved by sympathy for poor Jared who might find family dinners uncomfortable if the affidavit was released.

It's not, as Ward asserted, that Trump wished not to help the DoJ by releasing the warrant.

It's that Trump is afraid of having the warrant released.
