I wish Charlie was not running in this primary.
In addition to campaigning on the Them mahfuckahs crazy! Dems have to sell on how they working toward the future and how the GOP screwing young people.
Charlie is going to try and appeal to the reasonable Republicans (and no, there is no silent majority out there) and in doing leave the people who have grown through 9/11 in elementary school, two wars, two economic crises, a million people dead from a global pandemic and because they were in lockdown they watched a man murdered by the police.
They then saw the defeated political party attempt to overturn the election where THEY turned out and overwhelmed the GOP voter suppression strategies.
Then they saw the defeated party mount a violent assault to overthrow the government and come damn close to succeeding.
Then that same party used the Supreme Court they stacked to declare women are no longer full citizens.
That demographic is not even thirty years old and they grew up in an era of mass shootings in schools, movie theaters and concerts.
And people wonder about these kids?
I am glad it is not not worse (even though it is) but those are people you should target, the ones who will still be fairly young 15 years from now.
When the Republicans yap about inflation you say shut the fuck up!
