Singling out a group that is often discriminated against to say they should receive no protections and should be able to be excluded from a service is discriminatory.


I believe you have read this all wrong.  Biden wants to take free lunch from everybody, not just LGBTQ

He wants to use that threat to get Texas to stop their threat to discriminate.

I think it's an asinine way to go about it, like threatening to take away highway money if a state won't agree to speed limit or safety belt requirements. But it is a standard tool in the Feds' arsenal.

The DOJ also said the situation is too volatile right now to give out any more information. It could put people in danger.
