NEWS FLASH:

Biden Lawyers Smarter Than Trump Lawyers.
In related news, water remains wet.

Unlike both Trump Lawyers and PROVEN LIAR RedDick, Biden lawyers have both read and understood the mishandling of documents statute. And they know the cooperating and voluntarily handing over the documents makes it nearly impossible to find the knowledge and intent required by the statute as an element of the criminal offense.
Quite the contrary.
The documents were clearly mishandled in violation of well established law.  Biden lawyers thought by reporting quickly they could mitigate any punishment even down to maybe a slap on the wrist.
Trouble is Biden had made such a public stink over Trump and his bout with classified material the lawyers decided to just not let it be known to the public.
And,  as always, the coverup is much more sensational than the crime.

It was inevitable that the story would leak out although the Biden brain trust maybe never envisioned there was a Judas in their midst.

The whole sordid account reveals the rot of this administration and the Justice Department. The first documents, including some classified at the highest security level, were found in an office that did not exist when the Obama crew left office. So the files had to have been moved at least twice to unauthorized locations.
The Justice Department is bound by law to ensure searches are done by those officials with high security clearances.

Instead it was done secretly by Biden lawyers.
How convenient.

Now that the  information is out and public Biden has a lot of explaining to do.

ROFL
Sure that is why DOJ did everything in secret usingBiden goons  with no security clearance to search through top secret documents.
Garland would not allow lawyers for Trump to be present when the government police raided his residence.
For Biden he banned the government police.

Oh, my.
Some dems are sensing Biden might be an Albatross in 2024.

Pressure is continuing to build on President Biden and his administration as some Senate Democrats are now saying they support a full investigation into his mishandling of the classified documents found at his home and former office disclosed earlier this month.
The reports about his  mishandling of classified documents are extremely irresponsible and disturbing. These allegations should be investigated fully, according to Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va.

Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va.echoed Manchin's concern
This news raises serious questions and the appointment of an unbiased special prosecutor to investigate the matter is the right step,Kaine said.

You have a very narrow mind and a distasteful set of obsessions.
