So sad.
The streets so dirty, so littered with rubbish, so littered with Americans as low as they can possibly go.
This is America, for Heaven's sake.
Not "The best country on earth" for many.
Time to build a tent city there too, sweep the streets clean of litter, rubbish, and society's human 'rubbish' , well that's obviosly what they're being treated as.
Humans and the garbage as one.
Are the cops and City Hall asleep in Philly?
Where's the President?
It can all be easily fixed, now.
Meanwhile, we have lots of good immigrants who want to come to the USA to work, we need to invite the immigrants into the USA and we need to put the immigrants to work. The immigrants can build housing, they can drive trucks, they can grow food, they can do public landscaping, they can wash the sidewalks and they can build high speed trains, etc.
And for the homeless we can have gardens in Napa, and in Merced, where the people can grow food, and where they can make cheese, etc. They can bring in the old hippies to help to teach the people how to do farming and how to make cheese, etc. The late Peter Fonda loved to grow apples. And Battle Mountain, Nevada, has cheap land where the people can do many things, it is cold in the winter but the land is cheap.
And in Philadelphia they can spend money on fountains, and statues, and public landscaping, and nice public parks, and nice public libraries, and bring in schools so that the students can study at the park with their Apple Laptops. We need to educate the youth, like the Greeks.
I have learned that you can create atmosphere in any environment and you can change the environment. At the casino where I worked in Battle Mountain, Nevada, we had a head chef who was a retired chef from Beverly Hills, so we had a great environment and wonderful food, it was like being in Beverly Hills only out in Battle Mountain.
Philly can spend some money on landscaping, etc. Like Saint Augustine, Florida, and Rome, Italy. And they can bring in the Monks to help to educate the youth in the ghettos, and they need to spend some money to build libraries and parks in the ghettos, etc. They can bring in whoever can help to improve the situation. And people can improve the situation by improving the whole atmosphere. ( Also, Kiwanis International and the Key Club can help the people and they are global. )
