San Francisco needs to declare a State of Emergency to address the homelessness issue.
https://www.sfchronicle.com/bayarea/article/sf-homeless-homelessness-17784693.phpMayor Bass of Los Angeles has already declared a State of Emergency on Homelessness, and so has San Bernardino.
And remember that Kiwanis International is there to help children and others globally.
The Gambling Ships 3 miles off of the coast of San Francisco are just one way the stars can make money in order to open communes and to help the homeless. And the politicians can build dams, and create lakes, and then they can sell the water from the lakes, like with Lake Mead, and the money can go to help the people and to meet our needs pertaining water. People can also use water for farming and ranching on hippy communes for the homeless, etc.
And we can create jobs by building high speed trains, and new freight rail, along with new dams and aguaducts, etc.
And the homeless can work in the forests to prevent forest fires, etc.
And the homeless can do beautification projects, etc.
As we get the homeless into housing and get them mental health treatment, then eventually the people will want to work and be of service. There needs to be opportunities for the homeless to work once they are able. And many of the homeless can go to work helping other homeless people, they can Manage Shelters, and they can be Van Drivers, and they can be Crisis Intervention Specialists, etc, and some can go to school to be Psychiatrists and Psychologists. San Diego State University is the best at training Psychiatrists and Psychologists.
Salute,
