I think you should come take over US conservatives. Red, Kiid, and Luee will throw up their skirts for any deplorable grifter. You lead conservatives in your country, right? Deleted by GT because the article posted misrepresented the actual content from the climatologist.  She was agreeing with him, the climatologist, that the polar cap melting would accelerate and not be stopped if net carbon increase wasn't stopped in five years.  Which is what's happening.  Neither her, nor the scientist, said that humanity would end in five years.  Which is why she took the misleading headline down.  She respected science, and not sensationalistic headlines.

The trend has not been reversed. The levels are still rising. It could top out at 70 meters in my neck of the woods if we keep pushing our luck.

Ceasing to add to the input does not immediately halt the process or the promulgation of the effects of the process.

The hits we are just beginning to take will be bigger than they would have been had we heeded Greta or better still the unnamed person from the UN.
