On Thursday, 10 of the 16  5th District US Court Justices ruled there is no constitutional basis for requiring federal employees to be vaccinated.

There are hundreds of other workplace safety rules - why does no one currently have a problem with them?  Are the federal courts next going after gloves, hair nets, handwashing, steel-toed boots, other immunizations?

The gridiron speech by pence essentially calls out Carlson and Murdoch as sketchy scumbags.

There is nothing so long overdue as a brutal and bloody internal republican factional war.

2016 (and 200 for that matter) all over again.  Fox and Newsmax = Republican in the White House...SUBSTANCE OVER SHENANIGANS

Do not mandate hard hats on construction sites. I want the freedom to suffer head injuries.

Actually, the co-emperor relationship between Lucius Septimus Severus and his son Marcus Aurelius Antonius, nee Lucius Septimus Bassianus, aka Caracalla) was pretty seamless and devoid of controversey, well in 200 at least. Not sure what Faux News and Newsminimum had to do with it, though.

So, you have no substantive answer to that question, sounds like.  Darn, I was hoping our Constitutional Scholar at Elba would be able to explain this wild divergence from workplace safety law, which is usually so...uncontroversial.

It might behoove Biden to listen to Constitutional Scholars like the Justices at all levels who keep telling him that he cannot by pass Congress in making laws.
If you do not understand Article One that is okay.  It is an absolute embarrassment though for the President to be so stupid. Or in acting like an authoritarian.
No wonder his approval ratings remain solidly underwater.

President Biden enjoys an approval only slightly higher than the preceding interloper ever achieved because half the electorate is pissed that he has not put the torch to stupid fucks like you, starting with the aforementioned interloper.

Uncle Joe knows you are a total and irredeemable piece of shit, but he will not let us do away with you as justice and decency demand because he is a softy and allows himself to be guided by higher principles. It is a burden he is willing to let his popularity bear.

Six Appellate judges agreed with him.
