Defeated in the election, he should've just waved politics goodbye and retired to a peaceful and relaxed life of luxury...expensive boating, golf, fine dining, fine food at home, luxury cars etc.
Rich guys don't always make the best decisions for achieving personal happiness.
Now look what's happening!

He could not do that after his actions from11/2020 to 1/20/2021.

He is only running in the hopes of staying out of jail.

Joe Biden is the undisputed leader among Presidents this century in fucking consumers.

The fucking consumers have more fucking money and better jobs than we have ever fucking had before.

Fucking thanks, Joe! May you win in a landslide!

Of course Red will vote instead for a return to morgue trucks under republicans, but that is ok because he is syphilitic and very near extinction.

From the Newly released Mason Dixon Poll.

Nine of Ten of Americans believe an independent judiciary is a crucial safeguard of our civil liberties.
Seven in Ten believe  the politicization of the Supreme Court threatens judicial independence and
Six in Ten  oppose attacks on the integrity of some of the justices.

Further Seven in Ten Americans do not want Congress taking over and setting rules for judicial ethics.

Your quote is copy/paste from a conservative opinion piece on Faux.

However this poll, of 859 judges, had quite a contrasting view, from people who have some expertise in these matters...

And this poll of voters found that 67% favored a public code of ethics for SCOTUS....

How big of an idiot do you think people are? The issue is ethics for SUPREME COURT judges which are not covered by those rules, or any other rules of ethics. You know it, we know it, so your typical intellectual dishonesty is both clear and pointless.

No Florida is not a sanctuary state, with no sanctuary cities. Tampa does have a major homeless problem however. Filters down from folks moving there from other areas. I moved there 5 years ago RE prices were lowest in the nation for retirees. Not now.

https://cis.org/Map-Sanctuary-Cities-Counties-and-States

Florida is a sanctuary state for the Cubans! And remember the "Wet Foot, Dry Foot Policy." And Marco Rubio and all of the leaders in Florida are Cuban-Americans.

In California we have Mexicans, while in Florida you have Cubans. And New York has Canadians.

I live 100 miles from the border with Mexico, of course we have lots of Mexicans here, and I love the Mexicans, and I love Mexico.

And the United Farm Workers, and the Teamsters Union, and other unions can tell our new immigrants where the honest jobs are. We need to make our immigrants legal so that they can join unions, and so that they can call the police in the case of an emergency.

Salute,

Tony V.

No I gave the list. Cubans are not considered illegal aliens. hope i dont get cut off. They are escaping communism.

The Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 (CAA) allows Cuban natives or citizens living in the United States who meet certain eligibility requirements to apply to become lawful permanent residents (get a Green Card).J

I love the Cubans, and I understand, I know they are escaping from the Castro regime, etc. ( I support Biden working out a deal right now for democracy in Cuba in exchange for lifting the embargo and normalizing relations. )

And in America we believe that ALL people are created equal, and that means that the Mexicans get the same love as the Cubans and the Canadians.

Of note, today is Mahlagha Jaberi's Birthday, she is a ray of sunshine in a dark world. Mahlagha was born in Iran, and she had to escape with her family as a child to California, and now Mahlagha uses her beauty and fame to work for improved human rights in Iran. For her Birthday she wishes for a year of love, happiness, and unlimited possibilities, which are wonderful high hopes for a refugee from Iran. She escaped from such hatred, and yet she is full of so much love.

And the Persians have the same rights in America as everyone else, Mahlagha is eating at the best restaurants, she is staying at the best hotels, and she is experiencing the best that America has to offer.

I support good human rights for all people. I support the words on our Statue of Liberty.

And we have plenty of room, I rode a Greyhound Bus across the country and back, and the USA is HUGE with lots of wide open land. We have the green rolling hills of Nebraska, we have the desert of Arizona, we have the vineyards of California, we have the beaches of Florida, we have New York City, we have the fabulous Las Vegas, we have plenty of room in the USA for everyone. I liked Tennessee too, Memphis is nice.

The immigrants can join the unions and the unions can tell the immigrants where the jobs are. We need to make our immigrant legal so they can join unions and so they can call the police in the case of an emergency.

The Cubans are great, and so are the Canadians, and the Mexicans, and all people are created equal. We have plenty of room, the USA is huge. We could fit the whole world in Texas alone, Texas is huge. We need to make the immigrants legal and we need to put them to work. We can build high speed trains, we could build a lot of cool stuff.

Salute,

Tony V.

sanctuary city
noun
(in North America) a city whose municipal laws tend to protect undocumented immigrants from deportation or prosecution, despite federal immigration law.
"mayors in those cities reaffirmed their status as sanctuary cities"

No reason for anyone with internet savy not to be a word genius. Yes against federal laws but these are populist cowards. Selling out to the fringe crowd. Homelessness, crime, inflation, crowded health services caused by rich people and big pharma they lie shout.

Hey word genius:  The dictionary definition you provided in no way proves your assertion that sanctuary cities are illegal.

Another thing for the "internet savvy" is the ability to actually do some research rather than being satisfied with confirmation bias.

Here's an easy search for you: "are sanctuary cities against the law?"

In the past, you passed yourself as an expert on what the Koran says despite admitting you never read it.

Why don't you avoid the same sort of claim of expertise on this matter

Yank points out the confirmation bias - which bias tends to rule xenophobes.

Since there is no single definition of sanctuary, the federal v state/muni debate has gone round for decades.
Some legal experts say sanctuary policies are legal and protected by the Tenth Amendment.  As a champion of federalism who usually hands out Tenth Amendment reminders to us when he wants states to impose some medieval legislation on its citizens, I'm sure Ward will even-handedly support states rights to establish sanctuaries.

Sanctuary Cities are the results of medieval legislation by states on their citizens?
No legislation is needed thanks to the tenth amendment. And the Federal Government can do nothing about a city  refusing to cooperate with Federal Immigration personnel. Were you not awake during the Trump Administration?
