Just to make sure I'm following this...you live in Florida and you are saying Illinois is overwhelmed with drugs and prostitution?   

And somehow this relates to the hiring of legally resident noncitizens.  Who already can be hired in other service jobs in medicine, fire and rescue, law, teaching, etc.  Can you articulate what you see as the problem here?  Aside from your chronic blasting on a shrill white nationalist dogwhistle.
