The Obama moratorium only was until 2032 so the site could be tested. It has been and passed any safety objections. Biden decided to make it a monument for purely political reasons ( 2024 election) so he gave away a billion dollar Federal asset that requires us to import uranium from Putin no matter the viability of all other mining sites.
