In the real world,, Biden has done what a President needs to do in a disaster like the Hawaii fires: declared a disaster to mobilize.the Federal response and to provide federal resources to those affected. Also, he indicated that his people are looking into a trip to view the area, but of course the logistics of that is going to trail the actual assistance. After all he should not get in the way of relief.

But you can bet when he does go, Red will post some bull shit about his being shamed into doing so.

Also,, my guess is he will not be tossing paper towels at the crowd.
