Yes, fires have sparks. Human cause, lightning, magpies. Unless and until we burn off so much atmosphere that the ozone acts as a giant magnifying glass, there will always be a triggering event. What climate change does is make.those triggering events more likely to start a fire and more likely to make the fires worse. Which is the point oil makes that you so assiduously avoid. Because, since it is not addressed in the article you plagiarized you are incapable of addressing yourself.
