We need to teach the children in the schools in the USA to be leaders and to create jobs for the immigrants.
California is a garden, from the Border with Mexico all the way to Oregon California has agriculture. Our whole state is growing food. And California exports $22 billion in goods to China alone each year thanks to immigrants.
We need to teach our Youth how to be leaders and how to create jobs for the immigrants.
When I worked at Universal I had a 17 year old Boss who his Dad was the Vice President of Universal, he was training the teen to be a leader by giving him a leadership position at Universal during the summer. That is what we need to do, we need to teach American Youth how to take advantage of Latin Labor and we need to teach our Youth how to be Bosses. The American women too, American women make great Bosses.
Also, it is great to have a Maid, and a Gardener, and a Driver, etc, for the rich people. I had a Maid from El Salvador when I lived in Malibu, I loved her, she was great.
We need to educate American Youth and we need to teach our Youth how to be leaders, and how to create jobs for the immigrants.
