People from Gaza attacked Israel and Israelis. The people of Gaza are being attacked and killed in return. This Israeli government has prevented Palestinians displacing Hamas while constantly increasing pressure on the territories to weaken Palestine. Now they are using the Likud security failure at detection and interdiction as an excuse to speed up the program with air strikes, tanks and bulldozers. Likud and Hamas both need to come down for the conflict to deescalate and stabilize. Each one necessitates and energizes the other.

Yep. The Left seems to demand that "Israel must show restraint" when Hamas and its supporters in Gaza show none, and are seemingly cheered on by Islamic nations near and far.
Leftists seemed to have missed the fact that Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, is the "Jews' last stand", and as such is simply not going to put up with what was dished out to it on 10/7.
