And in California we need to expand food and wine exports to China, etc, as we clean things up and as we get our homeless people into housing. We also need Hostels where people can shower and sleep in a bed for $15 per night, and we need Sober Living Homes for $150 per week, etc. We need to get our people into housing. And we can build more libraries, etc. We can also expand trade with Mexico and with Latin America, etc.
A big thing is to teach the people of Latin America how to speak English, and we need to teach them how to read and write, and then they have a fighting chance if they have access to good books and libraries, etc. Famous Amos used to sell cookies and use the money to teach the poor how to read and write, there are many ways to fund the betterment of humanity.
