If commercial conditions such as  inflation, interest rates and supply chain disruptions are hindering wind projects then Bidens policy approach is exactly what is needed to help future projects as they face such global economic disruptions.  Government support for wind can really help bring this form of energy to maturity.  Good work, Joe!

Government can subsidize public utilities which are seen as something that should not be profit-centered and are an essential (to life, where I live!) public good.  That's a good form of socialism.  As Scandinavia has demonstrated.  Capitalism and socialism are not mutually exclusive systems.  Nebraska, with among the nation's most reliable and affordable public power systems is another good example of a successful move away from profit-centered utilities.

Biden, despite your chronic lie, has done everything possible to encourage and subsidize wind power because of its importance to our very survival as a species.  Anecdotes of one project  failing to get off the blocks is not evidence of a deficiency or fault in wind as power source.  But really, there's little point arguing with a closed and narrow mind on green energy policy.   So I'm not going to bother with a point/counterpoint on each false statement you make.

In Anaheim the Electric Company is owned by the Citizens of Anaheim, and some of the money goes into a General Fund to be used however the Citizens choose to spend it, for instance we built a nice new train station with the money from the General Fund, and also some of the money goes to help the homeless, etc. We keep the rates low, with any profits going to benefit the Citizens.

As everyone builds new clean power generating systems then it should all be community owned like in Anaheim, with all benefits going to the Citizens.

Otherwise, it is good to own your own solar panels like my Mother does to benefit from the sunlight in the desert. And here locally there are programs to train Veterans on how to own and operate their own solar companies and on how to install solar panels, etc.
