Relocating 200,000 Israeli settlers to be able to form the new Palestinian state could be tricky, and I'm not sure the "river to the sea" folk will be happy with the proposed new Palestine state / Israel state arrangement.
But it is worth trying.

They'll need to have a plan to stop Hamas from taking control of Gaza again.

A *million* things could go wrong, but it is worth trying.
