Seriously I am not sure anyone has a complete picture on what each Arab nation can or can't do for 1.7 million displace Palestinians.  Some of those nations, one might speculate, have little capacity to absorb numbers like that.

If there is Arab indifference, how does that excuse what Israel is doing in Gaza?  The column was addressing the humanitarian crisis, not Arab policies on refugees.
