Abraham Lincoln was a Republican President.

His generation of Republicans are long dead.

Folks like Red, skulking around today, think Lincoln was as much of a cuck as Jesus and George Washington.

Folks like Red love Putin, Hitler, and Jeff Davis.

Will the House treason caucus take this up and pass it or will they continue to attack national security and global stability in the hopes of keeping Russian blackmail over each annd every one of their members under wraps?

So. Let us get this straight.
Biden was not subject to prosecution over misgandling classified documents because his defense would be incapacitated by his inability to remember shit.

No. he was not charged solely for reasons of hazy memory, but also on intent - he cooperated with the FBI, showed up for interviews, handed over documents and opened up all his properties for thorough searching.  As a report noted (quote marks removed) in the Post...

Hur s report does not shy away from the fact that Trump is being prosecuted for his documents while Biden is not; the special counsel argues that the different facts of the two cases lead to different charging decisions.

With one exception, there is no record of the Department of Justice prosecuting a former president or vice president for mishandling classified documents from his own administration. The exception is former President Trump, the report said.

Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr. Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating factors, the report continues. Most notable among those...after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr. Trump allegedly did the opposite.

Trump was also selling secrets to foreign adversaries. That makes it a much more serious matter.

Biden loves the country, understands the economy, supports workers and unions, defends our place in the world while respecting our laws and our people. His decisions in office have caused us to thrive as a nation.

The other guy is a violent criminal deadbeat according to his own lawyers in court filings. He killed more Americans than the Vietnam war while running up eight trillion dollars in debt. He is the soul of the republican party which is why you are going to have to chuck them out right along with the bloated disgusting figurehead they are nominating to run for president.

Glad I could help

I guess it is not surprising neither of you two can zero in on the real problem.
It took a prosecutor amere few hours of interviews to uncover the lie of the democrat party that Joe Biden is capable to serve as President for another term.
This is not a zero sum game.  What is bad for Biden cannot be viewed as good for Trump.
What it really is is a disaster for the Country.
Even more so when you factor in Kamala Harris as the eventual successor.
