Trump wants to be dictator like his buddy Putin. However he sees the existential threat of open borders. Wants to close them up and send as many illegals as possible back to where they came. Curbing inflation and rebuilding social infrastructure. Funding programs for real American citizens.

 I couldn't follow Joe's speech though, he was 'all over the shop', getting China and Russia mixed up.
Getting Putin and Xi mixed up.
