I like the Colorado Secretary State admitting that to stop Donald Trump we need to do it at the Ballot Box.

Maybe that should have been tried earlier?

That was done earlier.

Biden - Trump will be another epic ass whipping for Trump and GOP.
Epic failure.
Plan B?

Trump melts down before the election and either has a psychic break after Bragg joins Tish James and E. Jean Carrol pl in a tag team smack down or he keels over because he is one Big Mac and fries away from a massive coronary,

Republicans have set themselves up for epic failure.

The is no plan B to bring conservatism back from regional rump status. Maybe if you had been less ugly or your mother had better taste in clothes.

To be fair, most Americans would be satisfied with a second amendment solution. The best way to trumps heart is through his rib cage.

Hopefully he will be locked up safe and sound before justifiably enraged patriots catch up with him.

Hispanic communities in America are not happy about massive illegal immigration over the Mexican border as it is adversely affecting them,  reportedly.

Some have reportedly said they won't be voting for Joe,...at the election will be staying home or voting for someone else.

Where is "reportedly" from?

Are the polling results shown in the link below consistent with the statement that "Hispanic communities in America are not happy about massive illegal immigration over the Mexican border as it is adversely affecting them"?

https://www.pewresearch.org/race-ethnicity/2024/03/04/latinos-views-on-the-migrant-situation-at-the-us-mexico-border/

Is this "someone else" they may "reportedly" vote for the person who said that Mexicans who are crossing the border "have lots of problems" and that among such problems they are "rapists"?

As with most statements of what people "reportedly" say or do, straight out of his ass.

Or since it is bambu, the ass of his No. 1 radio host.

It turns out just repealing the trump do nothing tax cut puts the 150 billion Luee keeps bitching about back in into the budget.

Of course some executives and traders will have to slow their roll buying bigger yachts.

9-0.
The Constitution, again, stands as written.
Except the dichotomy between state and federal office candidates on who enforces Section 3 is nowhere in the "Constitution,  as written". .

Only if you do not read Section 5 of the 14th Amendment which designates CONGRESS the authority to adopt appropriate legislation to enforce the other parts of the Amendment.

The Constitution makes Congress, rather than the States, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates, referring to the disqualification provision, which is part of the 14th Amendment.
Then why does SCOTUS allow the States to enforce Section 3 for State office holders?
Duh!
There are three qualifications for President in the USConstitution .
Any state can bar from its ballot those who want to appear on its ballot who fail just one of those qualifications
