Actually the Hispanic news is overwhelmingly bad for Biden.

Only 16% of Hispanics say that economic conditions are excellent or good compared with 84% who rate them as fair or poor. Only 31% approve of Mr. Biden

Hire 1500 new border agents
Hire 4300 new asylum officers to speed the processing of asylum claims
Hire 100 new immigration judges to reduce the backlog and speed deportations
Provide expedited processing for asylum claims
Allow for administrative border closings
Provide increased technology to interdict drug trafficking
Increase beds in border detention facilities
Fund increased border barriers where they make the most sense
