Well, well.
At least some democrats have had enough with the AntiSemites

Led by Reps. Josh Gottheimer, of New Jersey, and Dan Goldman, of New York, 21 House Democrats signed a letter urging Columbia University Board of Trustees to disband the unauthorized and impermissible encampment of anti-Israel, anti-Jewish activists on campus.[/i

Columbia agreed and set a two pm deadline.

Seems like Iran is behind this. Spreading their state budget. Death to America, death to Israel really. Time for Santa Joe to make a strong statement if he has any chance in the election.Get the CIA,FBI moving.

By party, 66% of Republican college students, 43% of independents and just 34% of Democratic college students say Hamas deserves blame for the attack.

Is Biden missing a campaign moment by not going to Columbia and calming tensions?

No.
Really?
Joe says the election is about saving democracy.
He leads the the greatest democracy known to mankind and has pledged support to Israel, the second greatest democracy.
And he can not talk to protestors mad at both countries?
Why?

And please note New York Senators Schumer and Gillibrand are no where to be heard, either.

On Friday the national chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) wrote Thank you Yemen
on X under a Houthi sign that reads
Death to America, Death to Israel, Cursed be the Jews, Victory to Islam

As the WSJ observed
SJP has been promoting anti Israel protests on campuses nationwide, and at least some universities seem to understand that the only sensible decision is to enforce school policy.

Well.

Over the weekend students at schools from Ohio State to University of Texas to Indiana University were arrested by police.

And the democrat leadership ?
Silent.

No great surprise?
Many leftists in the West seem to have had their minds infected by "river to the sea" to the extent that they're not thinking straight.

"Death to America"?
Would that be 'supporting terrorism'?    or be some sort of treason?

Santa Joe has decided the solution is to bring Hamas to the US.  Brave Angelinos brought their bats to UCLA.

Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent.

- Salvor Hardin (in Isaac Asimov s Foundation Trilogy)

No problem with peaceful protests of Far Right Likud policy of warfare as demolition and starvation and mass civilian murder, but anti-Semitic attacks are unacceptable.  Universities should distinguish between the two, allowing the former and prosecuting the latter.  Free speech does not extend to harassment, threats, or hate crime.

Maybe because it was a matter to be handled by the university and the mayor?
Unlike the GOP congressional leadership and presumptive nominee who saw it fitting and proper to come and
bigfoot the local authorities..
