Again, another case that you do not understand.
I understand it fully.
No, you do not.

I read the decision.
You did not bother.
I did. What is more, unlike you, I understood it.
Obviously, you did not.
Obviously I did. Just as obviously you are incapable of comprehending what you claim to have read, Otto.
What I read was the decision and the reasoning used by the Justices.
What ever you read is irrelevant since that side did not prevail.

Today, the Court puts bump stocks back in civilian hands. To do so, it casts aside Congresss definition of machinegun and seizes upon one that is inconsistent with the ordinary meaning of the statutory text and unsupported by context or purpose.

Justice Sotomayor calls Bullshit in her dissent.
Just because the stolen seats occupied by conservative and corrupt politicians who pretend to be Justices prevailed does not make the decision any less ridiculous.

Wrong.
Guns that fire multiple rounds with one pull of the trigger are automatic weapons and not sold to the public
Bump stocks require multiple pulls of the trigger making it a semiautomatic weapon as defined multiple times by the ATF.
Now SCOTUS has weighed in with the same opinion.
The ball is now in Congress hands where it should be.
FTR. Over a half million Americans own bump stocks per the ATF.

It is just too fucking funny to hear complaints that
Federal regulatory agencies have too much power (i.e, The Deep State)
but their definitions are taken as sacrosanct by 6 idiots on the Supreme Court.
JTFF!

Some of the 6 idiots and their spouses are actively working to overthrow the government. They are putting together the largest private arsenal they can get their hands on. None of these mayo eaters can shoot straight so bump stocks and other forms of machine gun are their best chance to cause some carnage before they are ultimately taken out.

Nope. A standard AR-15 semiautomatic rifle loaded with .223/5.56mm can fire up to 45 rounds per minute.

Bump stocks are conversion devices for semi-automatic AR type weapons that effectively harness the guns recoil to increase its rate of fire to up to 800 rounds per minute. Bump stocks were designed to mimic automatic gunfire while evading the laws that ban machine guns.

It only requires one trigger pull and sustained pressure on the trigger.

If a rifle firs rounds at the equivalent rate of fire as an automatic weapon, IT IS A FUCKING MACH8NE GUN.

And Clarence Thomas and the concurring justices are assholes.

Justifying them is an exercise of the same logic once argued in here to claim Mitch McConnell was following the Biden Rule to justify blocking the Obama SCOTUS.nomination yet then trashing that rationale for the ACN seat.

Machine Guns fire multiple rounds  with one trigger pull. They are illegal.
The ATF has declared numerous times that bump stocks do not turn semi automatic rifles into illegal automatic weapons.
SCOTUS confirmed.
Both Biden AND Trump were wrong on the issue

The six injustices know that if America keeps functioning as a democracy that they, their backers, their work and ideals will be expunged in due course. They know they are as unpopular as they are evil. Their hope is for a civil war where their side defeats law, order, decency and justice so their crooked vision can be violently imposed on an otherwise resistant public.

The six injustices are worse dressed less articulate versions of David Koresh and Timothy McVeigh.

Here is a pertinent fact.for you. This:

Today, the Court puts bump stocks back in civilian hands. To do so, it casts aside Congresss definition of machinegun and seizes upon one that is inconsistent with the ordinary meaning of the statutory text and unsupported by context or purpose.

Justice Sotomayor calls Bullshit in her dissent.

FTR. Over a half million Americans own bump stocks per the ATF.

Completely contradicts your idea, expressed so often last week, that the case turned on the anodyne bromide that Congress has to act for the executive to ban bump stocks. The Biden and Trump administration never claimed what they had that power. They claimed that Congress had already given them that power, and that bump stocks fell within the definition of machine gun. The Court disagreed, but the decision turned on a routine dispute over statutory language, not the power of the executive. Not that you will ever admit this, because you are an intellectually dishonest PROVEN LIAR who refuses to ever admit either error or the legitimate arguments of the people you disagree with.
