The request for permission to file a motion to dismiss brought by attorneys for President-elect Donald Trump in the Manhattan business records case has been granted, a significant win for Trump and a sign the matter could be headed for dismissal.



In a matter of two weeks the disgusting Biden tactic of LAWFARE will be tossed on the heap  of  rotting campaign tactics.
The ploy to cast Trump as a convicted felon to deny him the Presidency was shoved down the democrats throats by the voters.

The   case was was built on facts that convinced a jury at trial. That is the American way. If you do not like it, move to Hungary.
The technicalities would be the evidentiary exclusionary rule fashioned by the Supreme Court, and Trump's argumemt that a sitting President cannot be prosecuted or sentenced. Both are technicalities because they have nothing to do with whether or not Trump committed the crimes - he did, as the jury found unanimously. They free him not because he is not guilty, but despite his being adjudicated guilty of 34 felonies by 12 good people and true.
