Paul Krugman is retiring from The NY Times

To Krugman the US Economy is best manipulated by Federal government agencies and central banks.
His idea  that demand comes from what we produce in a market economy is an  anathema.
After all he often referred to Adam Smith and Jean Baptiste Say as COCKROACHES
