The real ugly implications is that the head of our federal law enforcement, who is given a 10 year term to remove him from political influences, can do his job and have his employees to investigate serious  allegations involving major political figures and still be forced out if those political figures gain political powers. It will make law enforcement think twice about their jobs. Good news for corrupt politicians. Bad news for us.
