And now for 3-more against the Astros.

should be a challenging week-end.

I assume the Ys wil be playing the Os for the forseeable future.

Catching the ball has suddenly become challenging.

JFC

The early innings were painful to watch.

You can't give that team extra outs.

Padres have 19 runs, so I check in on the damage Manny Machado mkust have done

He is 1-5 with 1 run scored

Then I realize I have Hunter DOZIER , not Renfroe.

2-25 afternoon.... but holding shakily in top spot vs Whisk.

that was an annoying game

The Sox are playing just bad enough to lose.

Just can't put it together.

I think showing that the Astro's relievers are not infallible is important, should be play them in the post season.

But winning would have been nice, too.

EdRo pitched a prettty decent game and Sox salvaged 1 of 3, in a series that the the Bad News Bears would have shaken their heads at.

RIP Bill Buckner
.

Like you and any other Beaneater really care.

You're as predictable as gravity, Ham.

We kissed and made up with him in 2008, but you likely didn't notice.

Sox romp over Tribe.

But sad day with the Buckner passing from a terrible disease at a way too young 69.

And Pedroia sounds like he might hang them up.

Pedroia has sucked for the last three years. Past his due date awhile ago.

That anyone had to "make up with" Buckner is the sad part.
