A lucky break all around, that.

Yesterday I toured Vermont, the safest state in America.
From what I saw the state is beautiful, autumn colors truly magnificient. The scenery superb.
Must be the cleanest and best maintained state.
All homes, buildings, streets, bridges in towns/cities well maintained.
The lakes picture perfect.
It would be a wonderful place to live.
If I had billions in the bank I would buy holiday properties there.
But alas, I will have to make do with virtual touring...which with the quality of video today is just like being there.

Did you tour Burlington?

Yes, sort of.
The video was an overview of Vermont.
Then you can search more detailed videos of individual places.

The Burlington Waterfront Park was featured, along with the Boathouse, Burlington Bike Path, Shanty on the Shore etc.

The colours of the trees in Saint Albans were mindblowing.

I had some neighbors who were Persian Gypsies, and they had about 20 people living in a 1 bedroom apartment, and they had 2 vans that they drove around in. The young women used to wash the vans in the parking lot under my balcony and we became friends. They went barefoot, in homemade dresses, I found them to be very cool and beautiful. Sadly, someone threw a brick through their window and scared them away. We still have Gypsies who own carnival equipment that they store in my neighborhood, but the beautiful young Persian Gypsies who lived here at my complex are gone. And at that time we had a Manager from Guadalajara and our whole complex was full of refugees from our Southern Border.

Now we have gentrification and rich young people are moving in. I wish artists, and actors, and filmmakers, etc, would move in, we have Chapman film school 10 miles away from Anaheim City Hall, we need to open a Film and Television Office at City Hall with a nice budget to promote Anaheim as a prime location to make movies and television shows.

On Facebook Bernie Sanders in playing ping pong with the children, that is cool. Bernie can work together with Newsom, and with Mayor Bass, and with Senator Masto and Senator Rosen of Nevada, etc, and with the United Farm Workers, and people can create new communes with gardens and orchards, etc, with churches, and with tennis courts, and with swimming pools, and with libraries, etc.

On the issue of cheap RV parks where the Veterans often live, it is important for the RV Parks to have good well trained Security Guards to patrol the RV Parks and to keep the peace among the residents, etc.

I watched 2 Vietnam Veterans fight because ones dog took a shit in the other man's yard, there was no reason to fight, they just needed to bring someone into the picture to help them to work it out peacefully. Neighbors will kill each other over stupid little stuff, and it important for the RV Parks at Del Sur Gardens on the Westside of Lancaster, and for the RV Parks on Sierra Highway, and other RV parks, to have good well trained Security Guards.

I had 3 large barbecue grills and I cooked for all of the people, and we made margaritas, etc, and we drank beer, etc, it was nice and we mostly had peace. But the RV park did need to have Security Guards.

Along with planting trees, and doing landscaping, and making the RV parks nice, with swimming pools and tennis courts, etc, they also need to spend the money to hire Security Guards.

On Immigration, we can work out a deal with Trump where we give him an Oil Pipeline in exchange for an Immigration Law with elements such as is contained in the Immigration Law of the European Union; a man from Canada or Mexico needs to be able to live and work in the USA just as easily as a man from Ireland can live and work in Italy, there is no difference.

And we need to have diplomacy and teamwork with Mexico instead of walls, we also need to work with Colombia and with the rest of Latin America, Pope Francis is from Argentina.

The trouble with many refugees...look at the recent history of refugees let into Germany by Madame Merkel and co...they don't speak the language, don't know the culture, arrive with nothing, and are virtually unemployable because all the jobs are taken.
They're given a roof over their heads, food, and welfare money.
What else do they expect...a new house, new car, and $150,000 pa job?

Trump understands Oil and Gold, Bakersfield, California, has Oil, and Battle Mountain, Nevada, has Gold, and then California also has Lithium out by Indio, California, out by the date farms ( the date farms are very awesome, and they generate over $250 Million per year ).

Of note, Mexico has Gold too, and Oil, and they grow food, etc, and Mexico has great resorts, Mexico is going to be nice in 20 years. My Grandmother said that Mexico is a sleeping giant, with lots and lots of resources and great people. Instead of drug cartels running Mexico, we need for good Christians to run Mexico on a Merit Based System where the best and the brightest rise to the top. And Machiavelli wrote that the best army is an army of volunteers that serve out of love, and that is what freedom and democracy is all about. The bad people can never control things for long, the good people need to rise and take control. And the Catholic Church needs to build schools, hospitals, and orphanages, in Mexico, etc, and the Catholic Church can do charity work in Mexico.

Right now can be a great time of prosperity and peace, if we make the right moves. And we need a new Immigration Law with similarities to the European Union.

A very rich man from Taiwan owned my apartment complex where I live, he was a great man, his name was Bing, he died from cancer, so sad. Bing spent his whole life helping the refugees, etc. Bing was a great man.

Of note, Taiwan has a new airline with jet planes running between Taiwan and San Francisco, California, so that is good.

Also, Americans are now able to visit China without a visa, so progress is happening, we can have peace. China can have jet planes running between China and San Francisco, etc, and Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and New York, etc. We can have peace.

I wrote to USC film school on Facebook and told them that the film schools need to help the City Halls to open Film and Television Offices to help producers to take advantage of the $750 Million that Newsom is giving in incentives, and I told them that Chapman film school is only 10 miles away from Anaheim City Hall.

We can have peace. And Kiwanis can help, and the Peace Corps can help, etc.

We can copy the Immigration Law of the European Union and then our good Christian neighbors will be legal. And we need to teach everyone in Latin America how to speak English to expand their opportunities.

And it can work both ways, our poor retired people in Minnesota can retire to live on nice beautiful cheap beaches in Mexico. Florida is expensive for our seniors, but they can move to Acapulco for a lot less to retire. And Mexico can build hospitals in Acapulco for the seniors, etc.

Mexico is a good Christian country, and it works both ways, we have opportunities in Mexico for our seniors, etc.

We can all help each other.

And Mexico has a good Jewish President now.

I bet Acapulco is nicer than Chicago, Detroit, and New York, and it is cheaper, and I would rather live on a nice warm beach than in a cold city.

It is all about racism, and because the Mexicans have brown skin and speak Spanish, we can easily solve the issues in Mexico if we loved them as equal human beings.
