The CIRCLE program is in charge of helping the homeless in Los Angeles, I guess, it is a program by Garcetti, I guess.

As we get the homeless people in Los Angeles into housing, we need to make living in Gardens in Merced, and in Napa, an option for the people, they can live and work in a Garden, growing food and making cheese and making wine, etc, and also in Battle Mountain, Nevada, where land is only $1,000 per acre.

We need to get organized, and we need to work together as a team to help the people who need help.

Once the Gardens are established in Napa, and in Merced, then people can just give the homeless people Greyhound Bus tickets to get there, and people can help the homeless once they arrive, and in Battle Mountain, Nevada, too. And pork and beef are at high prices now, people can raise pork and beef in Battle Mountain, Nevada, and they can help to feed San Francisco, etc.

People should not be using our desperate refugees and immigrants to make a political statement, these are human beings who are living the long tradition of coming to the USA in the search of safety and the American Dream, we must welcome our immigrants, and we must create jobs for them. The Bible says we will be rewarded if we create jobs for the poor. We can hire the refugees to grow avocados, and orange juice, and to make wine, and cheese, and to raise pork and beef, and chickens and eggs, etc.

We need to spend the money to create jobs for our immigrants. Land can be purchased for $1,000 per acre in Battle Mountain, Nevada, and they can raise pork and beef for San Francisco, etc.

The SBA, and HUD, and other groups, and Christians, and the United Farm Workers union, etc, need to work together, Kiwanis International can help, and others, and we need to create jobs and opportunities for our refugees and for the homeless people and for our immigrants. The World Bank can help too, and the IMF, and the Bank of New York Mellon, we need people to work together as a team to help the people who need help and who need honest jobs. They can also join the Teamsters to drive trucks, and they can join the construction unions to do dry wall and electrical, and other jobs building housing, and also Habitat For Humanity can help. The refugees can build Santorini, Greece, style apartments and they can all do what is necessary to create housing, and to create jobs growing food, etc.

And we need to build more Medical Schools around the USA, and Lancaster, California, is a good place to build a Medical School. Also, Elko, Nevada, would be a good place to build a medical School. We need to spend some money and build schools, parks, and libraries, around the USA, including building Medical Schools.

Right now we have women who are getting raped by evil men, and they cannot call the police because they are poor and illegal, and they are afraid they will be deported if they report the crime. It is a shameful situation. We need to make our people legal, like Reagan did, so that the people can report crimes.

And if our immigrants are legal then they can join the United Farm Workers union and other unions and they can be paid fair and they can be treated well.

We also need libraries and schools for the Farm Workers, etc.

We need to help the good people, and we need for the good people to be able to call the police in the case of a crime. And we need for the workers to have good working conditions and fair pay, etc, we need for our workers to be able to legally join unions.

The Unions can tell the workers where the jobs are, and the immigrants need to legally be able to go to work, and they need to be able to safely travel on Greyhound Buses, etc.

We had a corrupt Mayor here in Anaheim, thank God that our FBI is still honest as they investigate the crime.

I hate crime and corruption.

We have a wealthy City but the wealth will not benefit the people of our City if the wealth is stolen by corrupt officials. We need to stop the corruption, and we need to have a transparent City government.

And we have good people who are out there homeless on the streets who cannot help themselves, and they need for the people at the top to be honest and to care about the poor and to want to create a better society. We need Mayors who care about the people, and who are honest and who will do the right things in service of the people.

I would also spend more money on public landscaping, and on fountains, and statues, and parks, like in Rome. As we build in the Platinum Triangle here in Anaheim we can have towers with swimming pools on the roofs of the towers, and we can have cool public landscaping like in Rome, Italy.

We need to stop the corruption so that the wealth benefits the poor people. The wealth needs to help the people, instead of being stolen by corrupt politicians.

And the same thing in Mexico, the good people need to be in charge, the good Christians in Mexico need to rule Mexico. The good people out-number the bad people, and the good people need to rise up and take charge. The good people need to own Mexico.

And the good people need to own Anaheim.

The best thing to do is allow "good people" immigrants in, and keep "bad people" immigrants out.
This can easily be done by having "closed borders" and an orderly and thorough immigration system.
Some prospective immigrants are lovely people who will be an asset to America.
