Gov Newsom wants California to improve the way that our homeless people are being helped, he said the money is being wasted and he wants California to improve the way that the money is being spent to help the homeless.
My advice is to build more Wellness Centers like in Orange where the people can get help, people can get help for any issue at the Wellness Center.
We can also build more Mental Health Associations like in Santa Ana, also with MHA Thrift Stores, etc.
We also need to help the Foster Youth, with programs like CASA, and we also need to send the Foster Youth to college for free.
Also,we have the issue of Abused Women, and we need moving companies such as Meat Head Movers which moves abused women out of abusive situations, a bunch of big strong men show up to move the women to a safe home. We also need secret safe homes for the women, etc.
Then we also have the issue of Drug and Alcohol Addiction, so we need to have Treatment Camps like we had in Acton to help people to get clean and to get them into the 12 Step Program, etc. We can also learn from the example set by Carl Rogers and others at the Betty Ford Center in Palm Springs.
Also, just for the poor people, we need to have Hostels like in Rome, Italy, where people can take a nice hot shower and where they can sleep in a nice comfortable bed for $15 per night. We have a lot of people who have jobs for minimum wage and they are homeless, but if there was a Hostel then they could shower and sleep at the Hostel. The Hostels can run TAX FREE in order to inspire people to open Hostels.
Those are a few ideas.
