Someone needs to make "The American Dream" magazine to educate the immigrants from Latin America as they come to the USA.
The magazine can tell the immigrants how to come to the USA legally, and the magazine can be funded by charging Immigration Lawyers money to advertise them to the immigrants with ads in the magazine.
The magazine can tell the immigrants where the dying towns are where the cheap empty housing is available, and the magazine can tell the immigrants what opportunities are available in each area, etc, and it can tell the immigrants about the places to learn English and about where to study and where the good schools are in each area, etc.
There can also be articles teaching the immigrants about the history of the Labor Movement in the USA, and about the United Farm Workers, and about the Teamsters, etc. And there can be the contact information for the Unions in each area for the immigrants.
There can also be the contact information for Kiwanis International and other good groups which the people might want to join and support, and also if they need help they need to know who to contact.
Charlotte Casiraghi does a free magazine about the fashion industry, etc, and someone could do a free magazine for the immigrants from Latin America who are coming to the USA.
